Professor Kim Edmondson

Dr. Edmondson teaches the learning, cognitive, and physiology courses & labs; supervises research; and lectures on the history of psychology, sensation & perception, and introductory material.


Kim Edmondson was born in Mechanicsburg, PA.  After high school she served in the Air Force as a linguist until 1990.  She received her B. S. in Psychology from Penn State in 1999.  She completed her master's degree in psychology with Dr. Kathleen Lawler at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2002.  She finished her doctorate in experimental psychology (specialization in health psychology) in the summer of 2004 at UTK, where she was a member of the health psychology lab and the biopsychology lab.  She joined the faculty at Emory & Henry in August 2004. 

Dr. Edmondson has two sons, Carson and Timothy.
